Q: Do you only sell caps?
A: Our main focus is premium street-style caps, but we occasionally feature other urban wear and accessories that fit the Virler aesthetic.
Q: How do I know my cap size?
A: Most of our caps are one-size-fits-all with adjustable straps. If a product has specific sizing details, they’ll be listed on the product page.
Q: Are your products authentic?
A: Absolutely. All our products are 100% authentic, sourced directly from verified suppliers and designed to deliver comfort and quality.
🚚 Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–4 business days anywhere in the United States.
Q: Do you charge for shipping?
A: Never! Shipping is always free, no matter the order size or location.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we only ship within the United States.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery — completely free. No restocking fees and no final sale items.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Simply contact us at support@virler.shop with your order number. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Q: Can I exchange for another color or size?
A: We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the style you want.
📦 Order Issues
Q: My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
A: First, check around your property and with neighbors. If it’s still missing after 24 hours, contact us at support@virler.shop and we’ll assist you right away.
Q: I received a damaged or incorrect item.
A: We’re sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options through Shopify Payments.
Q: Is it safe to shop on your website?
A: Yes — our website is SSL encrypted, and all transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
