All orders are shipped quickly from our fulfillment process after being prepared.

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

You can use this to follow your package in real time.

We offer a 30-day return policy.

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Free return shipping

  • No restocking fees

  • All items are eligible for return (no final sale items)

  • Refunds processed within 14 business days after approval

📦 My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately

  • Include your order number and photos of the item

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification


❌ Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you can request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may still be returned under our return policy.
