📬 Order Says Delivered, But You Didn’t Receive It?

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check around your property, porch, and mailbox area.

  2. Ask your neighbors or household members if they received it on your behalf.

  3. If you still can’t find it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date — we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
